In 24 months after the treatment of chronic granulomatous periodontitis of teeth 44 and 45, coronuloradicotomy and treatment of cystogranuloma of tooth 46 and treatment of chronic granulating periodontitis of tooth 48 with post-apical application of NSPTN¬NHAG the composite “PTN-bone” was formed.

The granuloma-cured teeth can withstand increased loads as compared with healthy teeth due to strengthening of root-surrounding bone.
Within each of two roots of tooth 46 a post-and-core was placed and to them two metal ceramic crowns were attached. In other words instead of one destroyed tooth 46 TWO SEPARATE teeth were built up.
